Harbours, Campings & Festivals

Being the owner or responsible person for a harbour, camping or festival it comes with a lot of responsibilities and liabilities, especially for the safety of your guests. To ensure you have safe drinking water it is probably required by law to do regular water quality testing and to have a safety plan present to ensure the quality of the water. The Sensiblue may be of use for you in the following situations:

  1. At larger premises there is a great risk of viruses and bacteria to grow inside your water works due to the long piping, which act as a water storage facility. When the water is standing still in parts of it for over a week, the viruses and bacteria present in the biofilm of the water may grow to dangerous levels when the water is above 20 degrees Celsius even when you have a centralised water treatment system that is not dosing chlorine.

  2. Secondly if you have a centralised hot water facility, the water may not be hot enough (over 55 degrees Celsius) when it reaches your guest, creating a perfect breading place for viruses and bacteria to grow inside your water works.

As the Sensiblue is suitable for installation for one or two taps to flow simultaneously, or an entire washroom facility if you install multiple units in parallel, it can be the solution you’re looking for. The Sensiblue decontaminates the water that runs through it (up to 15 liters/minute) and does have a lasting effect even when heated. It does not affect the taste, it is safe and it is super-cheap in operation, as it only needs salt.
